This product is not coming from Toyosu, but Boso Peninsula (our main office) also famous for Ise Ebi.

Known as the king of seafood, the Japanese spiny lobster called Ise Ebi, is a celebrated seafood for the Japanese.

It grows up to 30 centimeters and any catch less than 13cm is released back to the ocean, to maintain a healthy population. Thanks to such efforts, catches of Ise Ebi continue to flourish.

Considered as auspicious food for celebration, the Ise Ebi is valued as a lucky charm to celebrate longevity, because it resembles an old man with a long beard and bent back.

With its bright red body and plump clear white flesh, it is a popular item in high-class Japanese cuisine.

It can be tasted in various cooking methods such as sashimi, steamed, and grilled.

But also in ramen or bouillabaisse.

Our gourmet seafood products are shipped and maintained in chilled (0-10℃) conditions during delivery and arrive at your home at the same temperature as we shipped it.
