General Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fishmonger Japan.

Report

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or want to report us of damaged item, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Customer must check the delivered item upon receipt of delivery or immediately thereafter. Customer is deemed to accept and acknowledge receipt of the delivered item to be in good and proper order if no report of damage is made within 12 hours of our delivery of the item.

Report of damaged item shall be made via email to shop@fishmonger.jp with photograph of the damaged item.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns or exchanges.

When appropriate, we will replace your order or refund your money, depending on the circumstance. We guarantee all of our orders in order to reassure you.

Please make sure to be at your home or workplace upon delivery because if the delivery is missed or left at your location, you will still be responsible for the charges and no refund will be issued.

As always, eating raw fish (i.e for sushi, oysters & etc.) is as at your own discretion and own risk. We always recommend to cook all food not just fish and seafood but anything you may eat.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@ofooro.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our shipping facility. Simply email us at support@ofooro.com.au and we will provide you with the address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
